5.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content, code, or projects you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to host, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

5.3 Generated Code

Code generated by our AI tools is provided to you under a permissive license. You are free to use, modify, and distribute generated code for both personal and commercial purposes, subject to third-party license requirements for any incorporated libraries or frameworks.

6. Subscription and Payment

6.1 Pricing

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. You agree to pay all applicable fees for your chosen subscription tier.

6.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees due. Failed payments may result in service suspension.

6.3 Refunds

Refunds may be available in accordance with our refund policy. Please contact support for refund requests. Refunds are generally not provided for partial billing periods.

7. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate code and content. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may require review and modification
  • Generated code may contain bugs, security issues, or errors
  • You are responsible for testing and validating all generated code
  • AI outputs may occasionally produce unexpected or inappropriate results
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of generated content

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
  • We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months
  • We are not responsible for any damage caused by applications you create using the Service

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ZEROCODE and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; (d) applications you create using the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may export your data before termination. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ZEROCODE operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
